Desde tiempos antiguos, las diferentes sociedades han desarrollado formas de intercambio para poder abastecerse. A través de esta actividad, es posible reflexionar sobre las relaciones que se establecen entre las diferentes culturas y cómo la cooperación ha permitido el intercambio de saberes, alimentos y costumbres entre las sociedades. Es importante subrayar la importancia del intercambio equitativo como una estrategia donde se aporta a la otra parte y se enriquece lo propio.
